Real timelines for every phase, from discovery call to keys. Plan on 14 to 21 months for a full custom home and we'll show you where every week goes.
The bones are non-negotiable.
Schluter waterproofing systems, AdvanTech subfloors, floors engineered stiffer than code requires. You get photos of everything before the drywall goes up.
We don't disappear.
A one-year labor warranty with scheduled 30-day and 1-year check-ins. After that, you still have our cell numbers
What does it actually cost to build here?
A New Urban Homes custom home runs $250 to $275 per square foot, soup to nuts: soft costs, permits, and construction. Most builders won't publish that number. We'd rather you have it before we ever talk.

Two brothers, one standard
New Urban Homes started in 2018 with a Nextdoor post: skilled carpenter, hire me. Behind it was a frustration with poorly executed flips that left families paying for someone else's shortcuts.
