We believe the Pre-Construction and Planning part is the most important ! If you have a set of drawings we can provide you with transparent pricing. Or if you don’t have plans we can discuss goals and match you within our trusted network of architects. As an additional service, we offer a Pre-Construction Agreement where you hire us to partner with you as the builder from the beginning of the design stage. This is a transparent retainer based fee structure and our services are used as requested.

We provide a clear, itemized estimate with no vague allowances or hidden costs—just honest, transparent pricing. Our fee structure doesn’t uncharge you on allowances so it’s customer friendly with no hidden mark-ups. Also, we pass along all of our builder discounts to our customers in order to maintain clear and transparent pricing.

We stay hands-on and onsite managing your project with industry leading technology. Our trusted team of craftsmen is a hand-picked group curated to execute your project to the highest standards. You’ll communicate directly with Clayton or Christian throughout the build. We believe in the importance of maintaining an efficient construction schedule and a meticulous attention to detail to ensure the project is built to spec.

The standard project meetings are pre-construction, after framing, pre-drywall, and final walkthrough. Before move-in, we provide a New Home Handbook with all of your project’s information. At the final walk through we complete a comprehensive walk through of the home to ensure every detail is perfect. Our commitment doesn’t end at handover—we’re always a phone call away.
