Absolutely. We’re happy to collaborate with your architect or take the lead on coordinating the design process. If you already have drawings we can provide a detailed and transparent estimate based on the drawings.

If you don’t have plans yet, no worries! We’re happy to match you with our trusted network of residential designers and architects. Our design-build services are wrapped into what we call the Pre-Construction Agreement. These consulting services allow us to guide you from concept through construction. Partnering with us through the design stage allows you to discuss major cost items early, saving time and money on your project.

While each home is unique, it generally takes 7-8 months from breaking ground to the move-in, depending on complexity and permitting. Home additions can take anywhere from 4-9 months.

We provide a transparent, line-by-line estimate, no-strings attached. If you have a. design set we can provide preliminary pricing or if you have a full set we can provide a hard bid. Any changes are discussed, documented, and sent to you for formal approval prior to moving forward. All change discussed early enough can be planned for and additional costs can be controlled.
